Within the Portal, Introducers have the option to upload documentation alongside any proposals they send to your team. Additionally, they can neatly organise these attachments by assigning Document Types.
Document types setup
To utilise Document Types in the Portal, these must be configured within Accelerate.
Navigate to Settings and scroll to ‘Document Types’ section.
Select ‘Add Document Type’ and this will allow you to define the description of this Document Type and how long you want to retain the documents for:
Click on ‘Save’ after you are done.
QV Portal
Once these have been set up in Accelerate, you will be able to see these in the Portal. When your Introducers then upload documents to a proposal via the Portal they will be able to select which Document Type this should be sorted under:
