Any user who is an Administrator within Accelerate will be able to log in to the Customer Portal settings area. This will allow you to manage your branding and online proposal settings.
To log into the admin area, navigate to your Customer Portal URL

Use your Accelerate credentials to login. This will bring you to the below screen with 4 options:
Brand Settings
Within Brand Settings, you are able personalise your company's profile such as managing your address, business hours, and how customers can reach you.

Additionally within this section, there is the ability to update the colour scheme of the website to match your business. You can do this by either using the colour picker functionality, or simply input your hex codes if you know them:
After completing all the necessary fields, simply click the 'Submit' button.
Proposal Settings
Within Proposal Settings, you can add important information and content to help your customers navigate the portal or complete their proposal form.
Note: Customers can change or update their addresses as necessary.
Additionally, you can choose which Accelerate Proposal Status you want your
Quotation to move to once the customer submits their proposal form.
In order to move a Quotation to a specific proposal status, the above field must be populated with an existing status name and match exactly how it is spelt in Accelerate. For example, if you have a Proposal Status of ‘Proposal Form Received’, this field would not work if populated with ‘proposal form received’. The spelling, capital letters and punctuation must match exactly.
The form is divided into General and Page content sections.
You can add explanatory information to each section if needed.

After completing all the necessary fields, simply click the 'Submit' button.
Portal Settings
The portal settings gives you control over the customer portal's user interface and displayed information.
The page is organised into two sections: customer portal screen settings and vehicle disclaimer settings
Customer Portal Screen
This section contains the area segments of the customer portal interface. It allows you to edit the title to your desired choice and also to select which segments you would like the portal to display.
To edit the title, go to the 'Title' column and locate your desired segment. Click on it to make changes.
To enable or disable a segment, navigate to the 'Enabled' column and find the circle on the same row as the desired segment. Click on the circle. A checkmark image indicates it's enabled; the absence of a checkmark means it's disabled.

Once you've filled in all the required information, just hit 'Submit.
Manage Funders
Manage Funders lets you create custom proposal forms tailored to each funder you work with, ensuring you always gather the essential information they require.
When you first access your QV Apply site, you'll see a default form for general proposals.
To create a new form, click 'Add Funder'.
The funder's name here must exactly match the one in Accelerate so your quotes link correctly.
After submitting, an 'Application Forms' section appears. Here, you can configure each form based on 'Legal form'.
Select a type to see and adjust its fields, making them used, unused, optional, or mandatory. You can also rename fields if needed.
At the bottom, add 'Custom Fields', choosing their placement, whether they're required, and their format (text or yes/no).
Once you've finished configuring each Relationship Type's form, click 'Submit' to save your changes
