Download Relationship Documents

Learn how to download relationship documents in Accelerate using your Dropbox account. This guide covers setup, file organisation, and FAQs.

Note: This action is limited to administrators and all downloaded requests are logged.

Info: A Dropbox account is used to facilitate the download, there are currently no restrictions on the type of dropbox account used, so long as there is enough space available to hold the files produced

File contents

All documents for each relationship will be contained within a single zip file, separated into sub-folders

  • Folder 'rd' - documents directly related to the relationship

  • Folder 'pd' - documents directly related to proposals

  • Folder 'spd' - documents related to sub-proposals

  • Folder 'pde' - E-sign documents

  • Folder 'td' - task related documents

  • Folder 'cd' - contract related documents

  • Folder 'inv' - invoices

  • Folder 'ad' - documents related to assets

  • Folder 'ps' - propsite documents


Setup

To access the download page,

Click ‘Settings’ on the top menu and then ‘Organisation Settings’.

Click ‘Download Relationship Docs’


Dropbox

The first time a user accesses the page they will be re-directed to Dropbox in order to connect a Dropbox account to Accelerate:

Sign in to your Dropbox account or create a new one if you don't already have one, then connect Accelerate to your account.

Once you have allowed Accelerate access to it's app folder in your Dropbox account you will be redirected back to where you can request the download of all documents for either a single relationship, or all relationships. You will also see the history of all download requests.

Note: If a single relationship document download is requested then it will be actioned as soon as possible. If documents for all relationships are requested they will be processed over night.

Once the files are uploaded you will find them in a folder named Quotevine:
