Deleting a User

How to Delete a User in Accelerate - Ensure correct user is deleted before confirming.

If an employee leaves the company or no longer requires access to Accelerate you will need to delete them from the system.

Note: That if the user you want to delete is set up as:

  • The sender of any action-triggered emails

  • The recipient of a system-generated task

  • The user to which a system-generated task should be escalated to if not completed on time

You will need to reassign the sender on these actions before deleting the user

To delete a user: Click the 'User' tab in 'Settings':

Click the pencil icon on the user you wish to delete and find the 'Delete' button on the top right of the page.

You will prompted with a confirmation message to confirm your action.

If you are sure you are deleting the correct user, click 'OK'. A confirmation message will appear to confirm that the user has been deleted.
