Deleting Test Data

A guide to explain how to clear relationship and test data in Accelerate before going live or when using a Sandbox account.

If you have been entering test data into Accelerate before you Go Live, follow this guide to clear the relationships and the related data when you are finished testing.

Note: You can only do this before your Go Live date, or if you are using a Sandbox account!

To get started, click ‘Settings’, then ‘Organisation Settings’

Then click ‘Clear all Relationships’ in the top right corner.

A pop up box will be displayed to confirm your decision.

Enter ‘DELETE’ and then click ‘OK’ to confirm. The following message will be displayed:

Then your test data will have cleared from Accelerate ready for your Go Live!
