Info: When you're at the stage of ordering a vehicle you will be prompted to select a dealer. Accelerate will then use the information stored on the system to input all the necessary details to your order.
Adding a Contact
But what happens if our database doesn't have the dealer you are looking for, or have the details of your contact at that dealer saved?
This is what the 'Dealer' tab is for. Click 'Dealers' in the menu and the following page will be displayed:
On this page you can see the details of every dealer that is stored in our dealer database. You can also add contact details at each dealer here too.
Click the edit pencil of your chosen dealer:
Click 'Add contact'. Here you can enter all the customer's details:
When you are done, click ‘Save’. The dealer will now display your new contact!
Adding a Dealer
If the dealer you're looking for isn't on the system you can add it. To do this, open the main dealer page and select 'Add Dealer':
You'll then be able to enter all the details of the dealer. When you're happy you've entered all the information click the 'Save Dealer' button.
Deleting a Dealer's Contacts
If you want to delete a dealer's contacts, press the pencil to edit the dealer. Once you are in the information, press the delete button:
