You can integrate CALAS with Accelerate by simply adding a specific Accelerate email address to the list of email addresses that receive enquiries from CALAS. When an email is received from CALAS to this email address a new opportunity and opportunity note is created in Accelerate containing details of the CALAS enquiry.
