Introduction

Accelerate includes LeaseLoco integration - allowing enquiries to come straight to Accelerate as before, but also allowing order status updates to flow from Accelerate to LeaseLoco.

LeaseLoco currently offers an integration with Accelerate APIs, which is now transitioning to using a webhook provided by Accelerate.

This guide will walk you through the steps to set up the integration and configure the necessary settings

Webhook URL:

The webhook URL provided by Accelerate is:

https://{subdomain}.quotevineapp.com/qvine/quotevine/webhook/v1/leaseloco/

Note: Be sure to replace {Subdomain} with your actual subdomain

Configuration

It is essential to generate an Accelerate "API Application". You will need to give this LeaseLoco. If you have previously used the LeaseLoco integration, you should already have one. However since this integration is new, we suggest creating a new application entry.

Navigate to 'Settings' and click on 'LeaseLoco Settings' button at the top of the page.

A page similar to the image below would display for you to fill in the necessary details.

Expand to view the meaning of the fields.

API Token: This API token will need to be generated and provided by LeaseLoco, you will need to contact them

Call Action: You have the option to create an action that will notify you whenever your customer contacts LeaseLoco for an update or any other reason. Additionally, it might be beneficial for you to set up an action that will send an email or create a task for the account manager, ensuring they are aware of the customer's communication.

Account Manager: In the previous integration with LeaseLoco, an account manager was passed over via the API. However, with the new integration, you will have the ability to establish a default account manager within Accelerate. This means that the specified account manager will be automatically assigned to the deals.

Brand: By confirming a brand, you will have access to the existing functionality that is obtained by adding deals to that brand. If a specific brand is not specified, Accelerate will default to using the default brand for the given functionality.

Webhook Active: When this option is enabled, the webhook will be activated and capable of processing any received webhooks from LeaseLoco. If this option is unchecked, the system will still receive and store the webhooks, but no further action will be taken automatically and you will need to raise a ticket via Support to get these processed.

Once you're done, simply click the ‘Save' button.

LeaseLoco Status Update

To make it easier to update LeaseLoco status, we have an action type called "LeaseLoco Status Update."

This action type allows you to conveniently modify the deal status of LeaseLoco.

To update LeaseLoco, simply follow these steps:

  • Identify the Accelerate status that you want to update LeaseLoco.

  • Add the "LeaseLoco Status Update" action onto the selected status.

You can read more on Creating an Action. By following these steps, you can seamlessly update the status of LeaseLoco according to your requirements.

Info: LeaseLoco uses 4 different deal statuses in their system: "Delivered," "Open," "Ordered," and "Unsuccessful." When updating the status, no transactional data is sent only the deal status. It is advisable to set up an action in Accelerate for each of these LeaseLoco statuses.
