Creating Letters

This guide explains how to generate and send letters to customers within Accelerate using letter templates.

To create a letter, start by heading to the case you wish to create a letter for.

This is done by clicking the ‘Cases’ section and expanding this.

Click the pencil icon on your selected case

Scroll to 'Generated Documents' and click 'Build Letter'.

Note: Make sure you have sent in your empty letter template to us

Info: If you have previously created a letter template you can use them here.

Here you can choose your letter template and check the content.

The recipients address will always be automatically added - you can select the recipient from the dropdown.
