You will have to configure this option on a brand by brand basis.
Go to Settings > Brands and choose which brand you would like to configure.
Tick the SMS reply box. Please note: Regardless of the SMS Originator, if this box is ticked the SMS will show from a mobile number upon receipt to allow the customer to reply.
Note: That it is not possible to have a textual originator AND reply capability, this is limitation of the SMS protocol rather than Accelerate.
Go back to the relationship and click on their mobile phone number:
Enter your message and chose if you want the customer to be able to respond and then press send.
Alternatively you can create an SMS template.
In the relationship you will find all messages and replies in the text messages drop down.
Push Notifications will be sent to the original sender whenever a reply is received, even when they're not using Quotevine.
You will also be able to see the inbound SMS on the messages page.
Note: There are no charge to receive replies.
