A quick guide on how to modify the status of an order directly from the orders list. It highlights the necessary user permissions and provides step-by-step instructions on how to locate and update the order status
User Access
If you need to change order statuses from the orders list screen, your user will require the correct permissions.
Info: Ensure that the permission ‘Order Report R/O’ is NOT ticked. Only Accelerate Administrators are able to change this permission, if you require assistance please contact your administrator.
Updating Orders Status
Head to the orders screen by clicking 'Orders' on the side menu, then, look for the order that you want to update and click on the ‘Order Status’ for that order
From this menu, you can select a different status to progress your chosen order to. You can add a note along with creating a task.
Click ‘Save’ one completed to update your changes.
