Info: You can quote from a Relationship, open a relationship, click 'Add Opp.' and follow the Save and Quote option as a shortcut to the below document.

To add a quote to an existing relationship or opportunity you must open the 'Edit Opportunity' page.
Once in the edit page, scroll to the ‘Quotes and Orders' dropdown and click 'Add Quote’:
The following menu will be displayed:
Note: In the 'Derivatives' section, a vehicle search of the CAP database can be found here. Use the filters as necessary to find the correct vehicle.
The box marked 'Only' can be used for entering criteria. Only derivatives matching the criteria will be displayed. Multiple can be entered, separated by commas, and where multiple are entered, they act as an OR - e.g. if 'SE, sport' is entered any derivatives with SE OR sport in their description will be displayed. Use this in conjunction with the 'Not' box for maximum effect. You can also filter model introduction years using this feature.
The box marked 'Not' - If terms are entered into this box, only derivatives NOT matching those terms will be displayed. Multiple terms can be entered, separated by commas, and where multiple terms are entered, they act as an OR - e.g. if 'SE, sport' is entered any derivatives with SE OR sport in their description will be excluded from display. Use this in conjunction with the 'Only' box for maximum effect. You can also filter model introduction years using this feature.
Info: The 'Disc Cut Off' Field allows you to show any vehicles that have not yet been discontinued or were discontinued after the date entered in this field.
Select your desired vehicle and you will be taken to the Quote page:
Fill out the mandatory details and any other fields you wish to populate.
Info: If an asset class, category, type or manufacturer is not available, please speak to us to get them added. Please Also review our asset management article for more information HERE.
Then click ‘Save’. and your Quote is now created and saved!

Once your quote has been created, click the 'Calculate' button on the top right to view the calculations.
From here you can amend the terms of the agreement such as the contract length and other features to tailor the agreement to your needs. Once you're finished, press 'Calculate' in the top right corner to see your final figures.
Once this has been calculated, click 'Save' and scroll down to review your output.
