What does it do?
Fleet Procure is a procurement platform where users can manage the stock provided through Fleet Procure.
Accelerates has an integration with Fleet Procure that has two elements to it:
1 - Ordering the vehicle
Whilst on the quoting screen within Accelerate you can see the Fleet Procure button
This will open a new window, ensure all relevant fields are completed and correct.
Once completed, click the 'Submit to Fleet Procure' The integration will pull across the CAP ID and asset type of the vehicle you are looking for (car, van etc)
You can then order the vehicle you require within Fleet Procure. You will get an Fleet Procure Order reference.
Important: Please copy your Fleet Procure order reference and paste this into the ‘Order Platform Reference’ box on the quote screen.
2 - Vehicle status updates once ordered
Accelerate calls the Fleet Procure API on a hourly basis between 08:15 and 18:15 every day even on weekends and updates the vehicle status on Accelerate.
The updates pull through the below information to Accelerate
VIN
INTERNAL TARGET DELIVERY DATE
TARGET DELIVERY DATE
REGISTRATION NUMBER
Status Mapping
To complete the setup of your LeaseLink integration we will need to map the LeaseLink statuses to the Accelerate statuses you use. Please see the below table which shows which statuses to amend. We will complete this during your set up call.
