It may be useful to highlight when an Opportunity, Quote, Proposal, Order etc. has been at a particular status for an excessive amount of time.
Info: A status may be configured to do this by setting a duration against it. This may be done for all types of statuses.
Configuration
Navigate to 'Settings', click on 'Workflow Settings' and select your preferred status:
A granularity from days to minutes may be set against any status:
Notifications
If the status remains past the duration configured then the Account Manager, along with their manager (if they have one configured) will be alerted via a push notification. Additionally the edit link on the relevant list screen will gently glow red.
