Changing Account Manager

Learn how to change the account manager for a relationship in Accelerate, ensuring you have the correct administrator rights.

Note: If you wish to change an account manager on a relationship, your user must have the correct administrator rights.

Ensure that the ‘Account Manager R/O’ checkbox is unchecked on your user. If this is checked on your user, contact your administrator.

To change the account manager for a relationship,

Click ‘Relationships’ on the menu,

Click the pencil icon on the relationship of your choice

Click the ‘Account Manager’ dropdown:

Select the account manager you wish to change to from the dropdown list.

Once your are happy with your changes, click ‘Save’ to save your changes.

In the 'Relationships' page you will now see the new account manager for your chosen relationship.
